Stretched tire question

Im about to order my new rims and i want to do the stretchd look my new rims will be 10.5 rear and 8.5 front looking to do a mild stretch nothing to major due to me living in New Orleans we have pot holes that will eat your car. thanks

Dont do it for looks.. do it for clearance.. What offsets are ur wheels?

225 front and 255 rear since you got pot holes everywhere... real mild stretch would be like 215 front and 245 rear

need more info!

wheel diamater, offset, are you lowered? if so, what on and how much.

Fronts are +32 and rears are +30 i am on tien S-techs but about to upgrade to coils and i want to go as low as i can with out breaking **** and still able to get in and out my drive way

is that for a coupe of sedan?

either way you wont need stretch tires for clearence for coupe or sedan

id go with 9.5/10.5 set up in the negative offfsets if you want to be hellaflush approved

Lower the offset # further out the wheel is going to be. Best to move the whole assembly rather than pinch the tire on the wheel.

I see i thought it was completly opposite lol im a noob when it comes to off sets

All good. Imagine a wheel mounted on a car and your above it looking down. Cut the wheel down the middle, with the cut line representing 0 on a number line. Now the offset is the distance in mm from 0 to the hub of the wheel. The more metal you add to the hub the closer the number gets to 0. Thus the lower the number, offset, the more metal your adding to the hub which moves the wheel outboard.

depending on how low, youll be pretty flush.

^^thats fine, so spend some time researching then get to the height u wanna get at then buy the wheels that way u wont NEED spacers
