Sounds like you have a TON of research to do before you make the right decision.

Wheels are expensive. No need to rush it.

Yeah kinda confused on what exactly you are looking for.

You want to be flush, i got that, but...

How flush?
Stretch tires or non stretch?
Camber or no camber?
how wide front and rear? (you could pretty easily go up to 10.5 front, 12 rear)

Pics would help as it's alot easier to start from by finding a setup you really like and knowing those specs.

there is no way youll be able to fit a 19x13 with a negative offset on stock body, it'll look disgusting IMO. You should run 19x9.5F and 19x10.5R with single digit offset or teen digit offset. I personally run Volk GTS 19x9.5F +17 255/35 and 19x10.5R +18 285/35 and thats perfect for me. Good Luck on choice

WOW, gettin a lil crazy there don't ya think hahahaha, 11"/13"? Really?
Unless you're going with 18s thats gonna be a bitch to fit and measurements will have the be perfect. Are you sure you want to go that aggressive?? You are gonna need more than just a roll with that lol, and about -6 camber lol

I think you are out of luck them, you will not get those type of specs w/o going with a custom 3pc wheel, and you're looking at $3-5k for that wheels only. What is your "tight" budget since it is different for everyone.

rears will bee too aggressive for the fronts! will look off!
For reference im at 12 -9 fronts are 10 -14, i'm running SUPER stretch and my rears are flared as well as the fronts. If you come down for that fender roll you can just check out my setup and see if that's something you wanna do. You will have to flare out the rears.
