^Yup, also depends on how much of a pull he does. Since the OP was asking "will they fit" I'm sure he hasn't even considered a fender pull.

those specs will stick out almost an inch past fender edge in the front - and nearly 1.5" in the rear...

even with fenders rolled and even pulled, you will need to run quite a bit of negative camber... a lot actually (considering of course you are lowered).

For reference, here is a similar setup to what you are trying to run. Owner is dz n.u.t.z.

19 x 9.5 +23 245/35
19 x 10.5+23 275/30

Camber in the rear is -3.5, not sure on the front. He is very low on coils. Rear fenders are pulled. Front fenders rolled and slightly pulled.

Since you are an X you should find tire sizes that are almost identical to each other, like I suggested in another post you can go with 225/40, 255/35. Tires will be slightly stretched.

couldn't drive even moderately spirited with that set up though...

I could never give up hard cornering and the ability to run the car hard.

S-techs are not even close to being low enough to pull this look off. You are going to need a nice drop on coils and some camber for this to work.
Good info on that. Thanks Marcus. I was wondering if this would look foolish.
