Performance shocks
Performance shocks
Anyone have insight for aftermarket shocks? Tokico and Koni has the billion way adjustable ones for a billion dollars. I'm looking for one that is an upgrade from stock but won't dent the pocketbook or crack my bones while driving. Tokico promises one but it's not out yet.
Re: Performance shocks
i hav experience with Tokico, its the best... much cheaper than Koni

Re: Performance shocks
With adjustables you can compensate for shock changes with temperature. Summer setting winter settings and gradually increase them as they wear the internal seals and the nitrogen pressure charge dissipates with age and miles!
Oem and Tokico are usually flat by 50,000 miles yet don't leak for warranty replacement with adjustables you can get double/triple useful life.
So double prices sound good if you keep the car long enough.
