Help with fitment, tire choice Volk TE37's

Hi,
First, I have 2007 Sedan (V36) journey G35.
I scored these super clean TE37's, staggered front = 19" x 8.5" 35mm offeset; rear 19" x 9.5" 45mm offset. Current tires are 245/35/19 Nitto 555's up front and 275/35/19 Nitto 555's rear. The front tires are trashed, deep cuts on inside, presumably from demon camber.

My questions: Will these offsets work without spacers? I am still deciding whether to run 245/35 or 245/40 up front, any suggestions? The Miata tire calculator tells me 245/40 is closer to stock, and the guy at Discount Tire is freaking out about whether this will all fit. I think it'd be cool to have that raked smaller tire up front look. I've read posts about owners using a smaller tire and they get warning lights.

Also moving to Hankook V12 evo K110, will start with front's then get rears next month - so help with 245/35 or 245/40 is needed soon. Promise to post pics when installed if they work.

Any suggestions about offsets and fitment, and tire sizing? Be greatly appreciated! See pics below:

Any help will, well help..
Thanks,
JB
