I have a 2005 G35 coupe and got some 17" rims with a 40mm offset will they fit properly or do I need some type of spacers?

 

I don't completely understand the offset factor when it comes to rims any help would be appreciated. I'm sorry if this question has been asked a bunch of times. I'm pretty knew to this whole chatroom forum thing. Thanks mike.
