^Hell no i'm not haha, if i was i wouldn't have posted my long **** reply on here haha. I have just been SUPER patient with them. I'm getting my lips through someone else. As for the ebay ad meh i don't really care, that type of stuff doesn't bother me, no biggie.

This sounds like it could be the setup I asked them to make, though I doubt they even began that. If not, it only took a year to make, just slightly longer than 8 weeks.

It's funny they don't have any pics of the actual wheel they are selling (I'm assuming it's already manufactured possibly without finish as they clearly stated the size).

ohhh you're getting the lips for those faces through another company.

That sucks that they've ****ed everything up.

^Yeah, it's all good though cause all these wheel companies get the lips from the same company luckily.

Hey SD

I 100% percent understand where you are coming from and agree about trying to help out people not get screwed. But what I don't agree with is if I am trying to have a conversation with this person that is making these allegations about me and my company ( not even this person just plain and simple copied a thread across other forums) and this person basically brushes off my intention of explaining my situation and my view of the matter. Hey not even that; this person goes and post our private conversation on the thread after he declines to answer back and or call me as if he wants to enforce he previous allegations. You are right this is not a fan boy. Its more like TROLL.

All I wanted was for him to contact me so we can go through his experience with the subject, obviously he declined so were is the validity in him and his actions.

I/We made some attempts in the past of putting out my side of the story but since we don't pay the big bucks forum sponsorship money they want us to pay just so that we can express ourselves here, all previous attempts were deleted and or banned.

And yes off course all of these modern forum systems cultivate an environment were is only good for their revenue. Meaning the more horror stories the more traffic, the more traffic the more revenue. Or it can go the other way vendors pay sponsorship money these types of threads get handle accordingly and or even delete. This system does not care about anyone's lively hood. All it cares are about is about the money.

At the end of the day. We never had a chance to clear anything up. And trust me if we had problems in your forums it was with a very very very few individuals. You single handedly turned this forum against you by pissing off two of the most active posters of that time in the same manner and still said it wasn't your fault. but NOW you have time, to un**** the situation that you got your company into by being a little greedy and not telling the truth?

^^it'd be much better for you and your company to just accept that you made mistakes in the past and move on. rehashing old drama, to tell your side of the story doesn't help you at all. the fact is, there are/where customers of yours that had bad enough experiences to post about, plain and simple satisfied customers don't just come up w/****. blaming the situation on forum politics is just a cop out

Hey I do acknowledge that we have made some terrible mistakes in the past. As far as customer service and communication with the customer hands down we did an awful job. I am not to blame anyone but myself. You know a lot of times I want to blame it on the fact of under staffed, low economy and other things. But I now that I'm to blame and these are things that since are not overlooked at all and are always improving.

I am not attempting on rehashing old drama. Let make this clear again I simple wanted to have a conversation with the gentlemen. He gave me a low blow and posted my personal phone number and our personal conversation on the thread. This is whats bothering me. He could just have simple not post anything and declined in a pm not to talk to me and trust me I would not have gone out to call him out.

This is simple no honor. If I was in his situation I would have loved to have a conversation with the person I am talking sh*t about.

Hey I should not have left this dude get to me and I apologize.

The two "unhappy active forum members" were unhappy with customer service. They didnt like how Carlos handled their situation. They were happy with the product and for VERY good reason. The only problem was with one person on 2 parts that were defective and were replaced within a few days.

Problem is people add unnecessary fuel to a small fire. All in all we didnt go across every forum rehashing anything, that was done by someone else. Its like someone getting in a fight and a friend jumping in for no reason.

If people want to "hate" Kranson cause someone didnt have good customer service two years ago, do what helps you sleep better at night. But dont act or treat someone or a company like they stole money, took money on orders and never delivered and other things that are ways of real scammers.

Mistakes aren't repeated twice around here. Only repetitions around here is quality and badass wheels.

Not in here to come ant start anything but IMO from a general perspective i think a lot of members would like to know the full extent as to what happened between Danny. The Customer service issues are things that can be fixed over time if handled correctly but i know a lot of members on a lot of forums were left with a bad taste after hearing about Danny's(as well as others) situation and the money for the lips he left a deposit for. Again none of us know the entire situation, simply was was relayed to us. I think that's the main thing that people want some clarity on.

I have my own opinion on this company and I will keep it to myself. The problem here is Danny is highly respected on many forums and his character holds weight. I'll stay out of this thread and let Danny handle it but please refrain from attacking members and cluttering up an old thread. No one here is a "hater" or a "fanboy," just not a fan of your own admitted sub-par customer service
