do i need lug nuts?
Im about to purchase new 19" rims. Axis pentas 19x8.5 and 19x9.5.
Do I need to get aftermarket lug nuts? or can I use the stock nuts?
I also have the OEM wheel lock, can I use the OEM wheel lock?

Also the bolt pattern is 5x114(2005 g35x sedan). right??

I doubt Axis wheels require tuner lugs. You should be fine with your OEM.
