Can you fit 245/45/18 tires on a 18x7.5 wheel?

I drive an 06 G35X.
Not concerned about rubbing but afraid the tires will be too wide for the rim.
help pls

yes. i have 245/45 on my oem sport 18s and they fit fine.

245 is the widest you can fit on 7.5
