Does anybody know what this part is? *pics**pics*

I'm trying to put on my new Racing Hart C4's but this thing keeps getting in the way. If I push and bang the wheel, it seems to scrape the inside of the rim. So I'm wondering what this thing does?

What ever it is, it's not allowing the front wheel to mount right. It's digging into the rim and making a little groove.

Just remove it, its so you dont put the front on the back or the back on the front.

don't you coupe owners have that there so you don't put your rear wheels on the front when you rotate? (stagger) I think there's supposed to be a way to remove that, search.....

Yeah, just remove that 'thing' with a wrech. I freaked out when I couldnt mount my front wheels on at first.

I actually wanted to ask the same question about that 'thing' on the front wheels. But someone else beat me to it! haha

The car feels the same without the 'thing' anyways. BTW...post a pic of your ride mang!

LOL
Last year when I was mounting my winter wheels, I freaked out when I couldn't mount them. I almost cut it off until I saw a post that said just use a wrench

I'm in the same boat... rims coming in and needed to know how to remove it. So I guess it's as simple as using a wrench and twisting it off?

Yah, that's the STUPIDEST design I've EVER SEEN!!! Fortunately they are removable.

Thank you.
