New wheels

I know this is probably a stupid question, but here I go. My buddy is selling a set of rims that are 235/35/R19 that are black with a chrome lip (they would look sweet on my black G35). Would they fit on my coupe since my stock tires are offsets? What I have on my car now are 245/35/R19 on the rear and 225/35/R19 on the front. What would I have to do to fit them to my car?

well they "can fit", you just need make sure: 1. they are the same bolt pattern, 2. the offsets, 3. when you know these two things, the use of a spacer may be needed to give it a flush look or the clear your brake calipers.

That's what I was thinking about with the spacer, just unsure. I am gonna need new tires soon and the deal my buddy has on these rims are great! He had them on his S4 before he sold it. Thanks for the help VA.

If these were on an AUDI, they will not bolt up to the G35...you'd have to have custom bolt pattern spacers made up to make it work. Not worth it IMO, get wheels that fit the first time.
