Has anyone done this?

Swap the left tires to the right and vice-a-versa?This is to even out the tire wear and prolong the life of the tires. NOT tire rotation.
I want to know because I lowered my car on S-Techs and there seems to be some negative camber. When standing behind my car, I can see the inner portion of the rear tires wearing out faster. Not much damage yet, but I do want to swap the tires maybe after 5K kms.
Anyone out there who can give me some pointers?
