Arghhh, damn dealership

I literrally just got one of my wheels fixed to get rid of a small curb rash (I'm **** like that). Went to the Nissan dealership i typically get my oil change from to have them check the balance on my front wheels. Despite me telling the service advisor to make sure you tech don't scratch my wheel, what happens, there is a quater inch curb mark on one of my wheels that was balanced. Service advisor trying to convince me they cannot do that becaue all they did was balance the wheel. I assured him it was defiantely not there when i brought the car in (I looked when I gave the keys to them). The back and forth finally ended by him asking me to call the service manager on Monday. What are the chances the service manager is not going to compensate me for fixing the curb rash?
