Hey peeps Im in water spot hell on RH J8's have a wilky water stain on the lips and it wont come off with polish. anyone know some amazing stuff to use. NON acid base. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!! it looks like crap

acid, unfortunately yes, but it should come off...
just use some diluted distilled vinegar (couple ounces in a spray bottle). gently work it in with your finger. followed by some deionized water to clean off the vinegar smell.
