New Volk GT-7 in Diamond Black

Just hooked up these GT-7's in Diamond Black. These are the first quick and dirty pics. Still need to wash up the car and get another coat of Zaino this weekend after the rain.

I know what you're gonna say...but I can't lower the car yet. And I'm already thinkin about changing the color of the calipers.

Re: New Volk GT-7 in Diamond Black

thanks. i wish i could but i have a really steep driveway and i barely clear it as it is. so, it's either keep the stock suspension or park on the street (outside of the f-ing garage! what the F@#*!)

Yea i feel you, my driveway is HORRIBLE also, but i sacrificed it because i needed a drop badly and its funny, i havent bottomed out once with the drop and my messed up front bumper (just scratched) was from before the drop weird!!

Re: New Volk GT-7 in Diamond Black

It's actually a steep decline so scrape my underside as I go down. It doesn't sound so good! I'll try the stock suspension for a while and see how it goes...

Nice man where did you get your wheels from? I had a post on 350z forum and it was between the Gt7s or Mayas STM i went with the STMs 19s as well...haven't came in yet but... i'm debating on lowering but i dont want to scrape either.

Got em from RevHighOnline. We had 1 or 2 issues with the tires and wheel locks, but overall good buying experience and good price. Talk to Mike. He's on this Forum.

Re: New Volk GT-7 in Diamond Black

have you tried going in your driveway at different angles to prevent the scraping?

as mentioned before. get the drop. here are my gt7s with espelir springs. mild drop and you can get the alignment back to factory specs without camber kits. btw.. black gt7s are HOT!
