A quick question about switching

Ive searched and searched and just cant find an answer to my specific question. I have a buddy who has a set of 20's from his mustang. He said theyre a brand called incubus(never heard of it) and the bolt pattern is the same. wheels are 20x8.5 with a +35 offset(which is pretty close so I dont think I would need spacers)
the tires he has on them right now are 255/35 but two need to be replaced
0 has anyone ever heard of this brand
0 Will they need spacers
0 Would I need to have either front or rear fenders rolled
0 Because I need two new tires would it be better to get a different size for either the front or rear and if so what would that size be?

Any info is greatly appreciated, and im running stock suspension.

Right off the bat, if you google incubus wheels...IMO they all look pretty ugly and cheap looking. 35mm offset on and 8.5wide wheels is around the stock coupe offsets, ...actually 35mm is slighty more tucked and weaker-looking than the stock ones. Basically, you're nowhere in need of a fender roll.

IMO, I would pass and look for something else.

Seems like most of the wheels are ugly from that brand... Plus those offsets are so weak it would surely look like crap without spacers. I would pass most likely because most of their wheels don't look good at all and they are a crappy fit.
