different wheels =)

so im doing a trade plus dough for these. they came off a g37 coupe and they are in perfect shape with the tires having atleast half tread left on them if not more. Claus Ettensberger c859 wheels.
20x8.5 e20 w/ 245/35
20x10 e25 w/ 275/35

first 4 pics show them with the spacers on. last one is without the spacers.
with my 15mm spacers the rears hit metal....the fronts seem to clear. all i have done is some light massaging to the rear, no rolling done........yet. without the spacers they are fine, i noticed a slight scrub up front when i was turning right and it was a slight incline. im lowered on tanabe springs btw. now my question is.....what would be the best size tires to run with the spacers?? i obviously need a lil stretch for better fitment. 225 and 255? help would be greatly appreciated.
