my front passenger fender looks flared for some reason

I just notice this as I was examining my car closely that the passenger side fender looks pulled almost. The part where it meets with the bumper that it seems to bend out while the driver's side fender looks perfectly flat. Could this be because my new wheels and aggressive fitment caused this? I know it was rubbing up front before i took those screws/clips that were holding the fender lining in place. Everytime I go up somewhere that side would make this awful noise, at 1st i thought it was my lip hitting the fender, but thank god it wasn't. so I'm thinking the tires are touching those screws and caused the fender to naturally flare out?

Yup, aggressive fitment will do that. Both my front fenders got slightly flared cause of my setup lol.
