I'm running Volk GT30 20x9.5 +10 front and 20x10.5 +23 rear, 245/35/20 and 275/30/20.

I have SPL front a-arms, spc rear arms with toe bolts, Tanabe coils.

I want decent tire wear, but I need to run some negative camber up front so they don't look like they are bulging so bad. Can anyone help me on camber settings for this setup?

Also, would the alignment being off cause vibrations past 75mph? I'm hoping I don't have to spend $125 for on car balancing. I put on hubcentric rings and it is a little better, but not smooth like oem. Any input is appreciated.
