tire help!!!!!

so i went to discount tires yesterday and decided to flip the front tires and get new rear tires. once the shop dismount my hankook v12, they noticed a ring of air bubble inside the tire along the sidewall. i was wondering if anybody with hankook tires has experienced this what most of you guys do?

Not at all. Seems like a manufact defect.

If its a budge that's a result of impact damage. Means the belts have shifted in that area due to blunt force trauma like pothole, curb, etc. If so that's not covered under the manuf warranty. Best I can say w/out seeing the damage.
