Offset Question for New Wheels
I have a question about some wheels I am looking into for my winter tires.
They are PIAA FR-S Wheels, 5x114.3, +45 Offset, 18x8.5/18x9.5.
Now coming from the stock wheels, 18x8 and 30 offset, using the offset calculators, I am getting that these would be a few cms closer to the strut and would likely fit?
I was just wondering if my thinking is correct, that these would work overall for my winter tires, 225/40/18, 255/40/18 so that I can have a dedicated set of wheels for them.

Those offsets probably won't clear your Brembos, at least in front.
Also, on your tire sizing: why run shorter sidewalls than stock? You'll have less shock absorption for potholes, snow banks, etc. And why would you run a 255 rear snow tire when the stock summer tire is 245? In the snow, narrower is better to avoid hydro(snow)planing. I run 225 f and 225 r in the winter.
