Lugs for Volk GT-C

Hey guys, I recently picked up a set of Volk GT-C with sedan offsets and have been told that my Infiniti lugs off my 05 Sedan wont fit the GT-C's. I thought so too because the holes look skinnier than my OEM wheels. So I have a couple questions:

A) Is that true?
B) If so, which lugs would you recommend?
C) Which locks would you recommend?

P.S. Lately, I've gone mod-crazy and am currently on a limited budget so please keep that in mind when offering lugs and locks for me. Also, if anyone has used lugs that they want to sell that would fit my wheels, PM me and we'll work something out ASAP.

Thanks in advance.

EDIT: Would these lugs fit?

Some of the Volk GTC take a special lug nut. Depends on the fitment you have. They call them ET (extended thread) style lug nut.
