I have done a lot or reading and I'm pretty much set on getting some blizzaks for the upcoming winter. I have a 6mt coupe with the 19s on it, so in an attempt to save some money, I'd like to get some recommendations on a set of cheap 17 inch wheels that would fit 225/50/17 or 225/55/17 tires for the front. I can't find blizzaks at 235/50/17 for the rears so I'll likely end up with 225/55/17 and 235/55/17 but wanted to see if anyone is running them at the moment or has a better suggestion.

I've searched craigslist, the marketplace, and ebay for a good deal on g35 oem 17s and 350z oem 17s, and there don't seem to be any good deals out there, so I'm thinking some crappy new rims would do the trick...I just don't want steel wheels...

Could anyone recommend brand and width for some cheap 17 inch wheels that will clear the brakes?
Is anyone running 225/55/17 and 235/55/17 tires without problems?
