Best Front Tires for me? Got summers in the rear

Hey so I tried searching but "best tires" only yielded a search for "tires" and didn't help much. I skimmed through the first 3 pages of the tech forum but still couldn't find much. It seems like a lot of you guys run the michellin A/S but I live in the California Bay Area where we never see snow. I currently have Dunlop Direzza dz101 tires all around but one of the fronts has bad toe wear so I'm going to replace both front tires.

I'm looking for a good performance tire but here is my dilemma. I currently have 235/40/18 on a 9.5 and the overall diameter of a 235/40/18 is larger than my OEM spec (this is on my 300zx) but does stretching it on the 9.5 (just slightly) reduce the overall diameter?

Also, I am rubbing on my fender liner on the tread of the tire when I'm at full lock (I'm guessing because the tire is too tall and I'm lowered). I'm going to trim my fender liner a bit but would like to get a correct fitting tire as well.

So what's the best tire for my situation? I've had toyo proxes t1r and falken fk452s in the past and I definitely like the stickiness of the t1r, but I saw that both of these tires are tall, so would they rub more than the dz101s?

Thanks.

Bump.. spent a while reading tire reviews and a lot of reviews mentioned poor grip in wet/dry conditions on the Hankook Ventus V12 Evo K110 and Nitto NT 555 Extreme Performance, poor treadlife on the FK452s, Yokohama S.drive (and noisy but I don't mind since my car is loud), and the Dunlop Dz101s (I do agree haha), and soft sidewall on the Hankook Ventus V4 ES H105.

I'm leaning towards the Yokohama S drive's but what would you guys recommend? Am I looking at the completely wrong tires? I liked the toyo proxes t1r, but they are an extra $100 for the pair over the ones I've listed.

Also I'm wondering about discounttiredirect's warranty. It lists
"Cupping" due to lack of rotation. Tires should be rotated every 5,000 to 7,000 miles.
as not covered, but I run staggered so I cannot rotate, do you think I should even bother paying the $40 for my front two tires if I can't rotate them?
