Winter tires on G35S
I stand corrected... I didn't realize how far north you are. Sunny, windy and 68 degrees here. I have another month before my winter tires go on. Good luck!
ya, i wish i still have more sunny days, i really don't like the snow
Than you live in the wrong place. LOL
I love snow. I actually love 4 season. We still have bunch of trees turning colors. Still above freezing for most days and nights. Can't wait to get my Ski gears out and hit the slope tho.
Winter is a great season so much possibilities. But I know what you mean for you guys it seems like 2 season winter and summer. Since it is snowing in May and October also sometimes. We have it sometimes too but not as badly and frequently as you guys have it. Last few years have been nice. No late snow or early.
From Ontario BTW.

First, you gotta check up wheel balance. Most reason of shaking handle causes by wheel balance and surface of rotors when you brake.
In your case, I think it is caused by wheel balance. bring your car to the tire dealer than check up front wheel balance again. 140kmh, 87.5mph. They should balance more precisely yours. There are some methods of the mechanic. Some mechanics equip the tires when the tires get 0.00/0.00(outer,inner) but some guys 0.25/0.00 or 0.50/0.25 because it is not revealed in low speed( <60mph). I notice that you drive pretty fast. In the condition, the balance should be more precisely. That's my point.
Under steer also happens by tire character. You should endure because it's the tires character. I don't use winter tire but chain and all season tires.
Winter tires are normally noisy, consume more gas, slow response(that's the reason for you, I think).
If I saw this post earlier, I could give you an advice.
But enjoy your driving, I think you can very quickly used to the winter tires.
I was enjoying stock tires(potenza RE050) while I drove in wet condition.
I took them out around 36000mph then I have got Hankook ventus V4ES.
v4es are cheaper than other tires at that time and pretty good traction, better grip in wet, snowy condition. For last, check up the tires' speed grade. 95W, 100W mean the speed grade on the tire. 225/50R18 95W <- this is.
