Ok, 20x11 +15 is the EXACT same as 10.5 +9
10.5 +9 is not aggressive and does NOT need an aggressive stretch. I'm running absolute zero camber and 275s on 10.5 +12 with room to spare.
Completely flat roll, 275s and you're done. Everyone who thinks these are "aggressive" and you're pulling off the aggressive G35 coupe look you need to look into what aggressive is. I'm running similar specs on a SEDAN.

Im runnin 20x10.5 +25 275/30 fenders rolled flat runnin nankangs which run small, with -4-5 camber and i still rub hard, i have no numbers left on tires. And my lips hit the fenders on driveways...
Without pulled fenders noway...
Here is proof when i flipped he tires 2 days ago. With all that camber nothing but insides step down.
I'm looking at getting these wheels in 18x9 +25 with a 245/45/18 tire front and 18x10.5 +20 with 265/40/18 rear for my 06 sedan, will i have any clearance issues with this set up on my sedan? I'm also going to be doing an Akebono BBK soon as well and was hoping this set up would clear the brakes.
Thanks
