Camber TOE questions...

I am planning on upgrading to 19s soon... and am trying to figure out what it is that I will need to spend money on... of course there are the rims...

But what about the camber issue? How does this sort of thing form? I know that negative camber is what causes premature tire wear... but what is the process behind this? Why do we get negative camber? Also... is the use of a CAMBER adjusting bar necessary? I see that my current wheels (stock 18s) seem to have a tiny bit more neg. camber than those at the dealership.

Help appreciated

TIA

If you have some 19s that you want to sell... let me know
