I'm considering getting new wheels but I have no experience with the different finishes that are offered. Here is what little I know:

Chrome - easy to maintain but you have to appreciate it's looks

Polish - clean look that compliments the metal but one hell of a pain in the **** to maintain.

Clearcoat - one step down from polish as far as looks go, but easier to mantain; though I have read some posts here about issues with car wash places messing up their clearcoat.

Is there anything else I'm missing here, or maybe just elaboration on your personal experience with these finishes?
