I need tires due to the BAD wear on my Michelin Pilots (18's) .. What is a GOOD all around street tire???.. Finding it hard to narrow it down to one brand... Should I stay with the 18's?

 

18's are way cheaper, try a set of Nitto 555's, excellent tires and cost less than most. can be ordered through discounttiredirect.com

I running 245/40R18 Yokohama AVS db S2's. In my opinion, these tires are a pretty good combination of all season performance, quietness, handling and durability. They are kind of on the higher side of the price scale compared to other 245/40R18 tires out there though.

 

i had Pirelli P-Zero Nero...fairly priced, great wet traction, extremely quiet, tread wear is quite good.

 

I've seen Falken tires priced quite reasonably, even quoted to on the quiet side for certain models.

Does anyone have on their G?

 

I've also heard great things about the PZero Nero. Hopefully you can find your size.

I ordered the P-Zero Nero M&S myself, but for 245/40/18, it's a long wait. They are on nationwide backorder. Tirerack.com says 10-14 weeks.
