look what i did yesterday!

hey guys, yesterday i made my first mods, and i think they turned out pretty sweet! Although my car is nothing compared to most of yours, i'm proud of it. i'm only 18, i'm in college, and i work a minimum wage job, so i'm pretty pleased with what i've done lol.

BEFORE:

AFTER: i painted the rims, installed clearcorners, and i put amber LED's in the footwells to match the amber color of my speedometer n stuff (but i don't have pictures of that).

PS: I used plasti-dip paint, which is good because i can peel it off and go back to OEM whenever i want. I also plan on painting my brake calipers soon, but i need some suggestions on what color i should use!

Let me know what you guys think about this stuff (good, bad, ugly, rice, etc..), and make any comments or suggestions you would like. Sorry for the terrible quality of the pictures, i shot them all with my iphone because i don't have a digital camera, nor would i like to spend money to buy one lol.

Looks good. I like the idea of being able to remove the paint, never hurts to change it up a little. Some tint would go good w/ the black wheels...

thanks, and i agree, but i'm not sure how dark i want it tinted lol. But i also got a nismo front bumper, i just need to get it installed and painted. I'm getting the ducts on the new bumper painted black, and i'm going to paint my grill black too, so i think it's all going to look really nice together

I wouldn't paint the calipers. It's rice like. If you do, paint it black or silver.

It would be kind of a paint in the *** to get an exact match.

i heard paint places like sherwin williams uses some kind of computer color matching system that uses a paint sample to make the exact copy of whatever color you give them and computes the exact color combinations to make it. it couldn't hurt to try.. i don't know if the paint they make would be able to handle the heat that brakes and tires generate though. :/
