G35x tire dilemma

Ok. There is a long story behind this but I'm going to keep it short and sweet. Last summer my wife and I bought an 04 g35x, I had the dealership install one tire because one looked worn out. So basically I have one newish Bridgstone Turanza EL400--8-9/32 tread left and two 50-60% life left EL400's and one that I should have had the dealership replace. I searched for used tires to match my newer one's tread depth and found some. When I got them home I noticed one EL400's thread pattern matched the ones on the car and the other two EL400's were slightly different; All are the same size and treadware rating. The two different numbers on the sidewalls are EL4PHZ and EL4PKZ.

My question is, Is it ok to put the tires with the slightly different treads on? they are all Turanza El400's. I know that the thread depth is probably more important than the pattern but I'm just making sure before I go frying differentials out.

There are many EL400's made for the oe market. Although similar, they can differ slightly in design, compound, internal construction, etc. Really no different than mixing with a different tire all together. Close, yes, but not exactly the same.
