G35 Tyre setup help plz
Not really!
mine comes on more than I like.
I am running my winter wheels. 235/45/18 studdless snow tires. I can hardly get agressive with the throttle, doing so causes the slip light to pop on. I leave VDC on so I know when im buring up my tires

^ When I mentioned rim width I was referring to calculating the overall diameter. Same size tire on a wider rim = shorter overall
I borrowed loaner wheels once with stock 18's. The rear was slightly shorter than the front due to tire sizing and it threw off my VDC immediately when I started driving on it. Kept flashing and cutting power to the wheels.
OP what are your wheel sizes?

The tire size does, I'm not talkin' **** about your wheels lol
Like you said, it IS raked. If that's what he wants that's fine.
And yea, the thing with wheel width is a difference in millimeters...
I have run some wacky set ups on my car but I rarely drive with my VDC on.

Definitely not something else. I literally take off the wheels I had that was working fine with VDC, put on the loaners, and the VDC starts slipping.
For me, it just worked out that way after I looked at what some other people run on the same rims, diameters, sidewall height and width, plus my desire to have similar sidewall profiles -- pretty straight, not stretched and not bulging either. I like this setup: 245/35F 255/35R (on a sedan) but wouldn't hesitate to go 245/40 on the back.
I had a hard time getting my car to slip at all with any of the weird sizing I've put on it.
