Wheel paint question!!

I got black spray paint speckled on my oem silver wheels, how should I remove this without ruining my oem paint or coat?

Paint thinner lightly, or fallout remover for paint.

lacquer thinner, it doesnt do anything to a stock paint finish even on panels of a car
