Will these 19" rims fits?

Hey guys, I am in the process of purchasing some rims that I need to know if it fits with a flush look and if it clear brembos. I am looking at some Ro_Ja R2-5 rims...

19x8.5 +25 F
19x9.5 +19 R

First, are these offsets okay to clear brembo?

255/40/19 - F
285/35/19 - R

Second, will these tires fit if I am lowered on S-Techs?

Hopefully one of you wheel experts can help!

Thanks!

They will fit, but it's hard to tell if the fronts will clear the brakes. Worst case you'll need a small spacer to clear the brakes.

Most Ro_ja wheels clear brakes though.
