2006 G35 Sedan lowered with Tein S-Tech

I am looking at buying a set of 2006 350Z Grand Touring Wheels a set of 18x9 which has a +30 offset. Will I have any issues of rubbing using these wheels with my sedan which is lowered with Tein S-Techs? Also what size tire would you all suggest I run.

No you wont.

OEM size would be best. 225/45 up front and 245/45 rear.
