Used Volk SF Winning vs New Varrstoen

Hey guys, im having trouble deciding which ones to get as i am low on cash..

So i found this pretty sweet deal:
Used Volk SF Winning in black made in 2005

**Offset/Width Changed!!** Thought they were: 19", 9.5F/10.5R and +17 and +19
But they are actually 19"", 8.5F/9.5R +17 and + 23

-Comes with tires that still has well over 90% thread
All of this for ~$1500 (NOT $1400)

The only thing i dislike about this is that the lip is polished which makes gives off somewhat of a luxury look rather than aggressive look.

Varrstoen (1.1.2, 2.2.2, 3.3.2 are all nice imo)
-IMO, they look nicer (all of them look much more aggressive)

Comes to ~$1050 + possible tax/fees and gas (I live in Canada, ON and was planning to drive to the border to pick them up)
Tires will come to atleast $1200 after tax.

Total comes to atleast $2250

It's the colour that bothers me, i just see this combo everywhere... black car on black rims with a polished lip.

On the other hand, the matte black looks sexy as hell and the 1.1.2 seems very similar to these Volk SF Winnings but just more aggressive.

So used/new doesn't matter?

The seller said these were bought in 2005, any flaws for older rims?

I just bought Varrstoen 2.2.2 because I was on a budget and I love them.
Very aggressive looking, but those Volk Winnings are the ****.
Deal seems too good to be true, is he local to you so you can check out the wheels/tires personally.
The volks will be considerably lighter, but personally I couldn't tell a performance diff
between the light oem 19s I had and the Varrs.
