Will 245/45/18s fit on the front (coupe)?

Does anyone know if 245/45/18s will fit on the front of the 03 coupe, and not cause any rubbing? I am wanting to put on some snow tires soon because obviously the G was not made for winter driving!
Any help would be appreciated!

I use 245X40 on the front and X45 for the rear. Works like a charm. Pilot Alpin's

I wouldn't go with a wider tire for snow tires, you'll get better traction with a skinner tire than you would with a wider tire in the snow

NismoGcoupe,

Who told you that skinner tire better than a wider tire? You telling me that bicycle's tires are better than wide tires? I don't dink so.
