It's hard to say without seeing a profile pic of your car.
How much wheel gap are you willing to lose or gain.
Here's a link to a tire/wheel setup that let's you plug in the wheel/tire sizes and offsets.
http://www.rimsntires.com/specspro.jsp

You can compare tire heights and see what work for you.
A lot of people tend to go 275/35 or 285/30 with a 10.5 wheel
but it all depends on what you prefer and how much wheel gap it will give ya.

275 or 285 on a 10.5 at +0 will be hard to fit.. ^ but it is hard to tell when we dont know anything more..

10.5 +0 you can go up to 265 ...

255 to be safe

If I were you I would consider a 255 tire. A 275 would fit depending on how low of a drop your springs are giving you but you would need a good amount of fender work/ camber to get them dialed in properly. A 255 tire with rolled fenders should do the trick.

I have 18x10.5 with a +15 up front and -5 in the rear and I run a 265/35R18 with -2.5 degrees of camber all around and it sit perfect but than again I am really low on stance.

What springs are u dropped on? 275s should fit.
Just to give you an idea, my rears are 285/35/19 +12 offset.
I'm on Z stechs with the rear spring mount mod (about 1/2" I think) and rolled fenders.
The only time I rub is if I go over a lrg bump doing over 60.
Granted your wheels will be more pushed out than mine but the 275 sidewalls will be lower.

Depends on your drop and camber. I'm running 10.5" +12 offset with 15mm spacers on my rears, dropped on coils/fenders rolled/not too much camber with 255/35 no problem. I could even go a bit lower and still be fine.

275/35 fits easy on a 10.5 +0. I have 2 customers with the same setup. One is at stock height, one is dropped 3". Both have rolled fenders and don't rub.

Never stretch a 40 profile on anything wider than 235.
