I am going to go out on a limb and say No. You will not get those wheels to fit without any modification.

Look through varius set ups on here to get an idea of whats involved to get an agressive set-up to fit. I know there are a few coupes running low offets on here.
For comparison purposes. A 10.5" -7 offset will sit the same (outwards) as the 13" +25 that you propose. So while the outer position of the rim sits the same, you will have 64mm (or 2.5") less clearance between the wheel and the shock. That leads me to believe that you would need a lot lower offset and a wide body kit to make this happen.

Are you running a wide body? Fenders pulled?
