Offset question

I'm looking to buy some Axis Shine wheels with a +35 offset. the tires are 235/35R19's all around. They are 19x8.5 wheels. I'm trying to see if they will clear my brembo's or would I need to buy spacers to help clear them. Also there is a different set that's cheaper but they guy claims there a +50 offset and 235-35-19 235-45-19 tires....I know they won't fit but I have a lead on an 1.5" and an 1" spacer. what's your opinions? Will the +35 offset and a 38mm spacer be to wide for the rear end?

Buy different wheels, those are terrible specs.

The Shine is offered in a 10" or 10.5" rear. Buy that.

BTW, Offset has nothing to do with brake clearance. I don't know how many times I have to tell people that.

Thanks for you response. I'm only going off of what I have read. Maybe I didn't understand fully of what I read.
