Question What size tires did you go with?

I just got my 19" Volk GT-7 19x8.5 Front and 19x9.5 rear
I know i need a 245-35-19 tire for the front, but what about rear?
275-35-19 or 275-30-19?

Thanks

We test fitted them to my car and they look very sweet. Sorry no pics ... will do it again when it's dry out so we can go out for a spin and see how those KDW2's perform. We'll be sure to take some pics then.

Gurgen's limited choice of ideal rear offset was aggrivated by the 'beefy' KDW2 tires, as it stick out a bit more than we both would have liked. Adding a bit more negative camber should work out nicely, making for a very aggressive stance ... at a little expense in tire wear and handling traits.

Nice looking tire with an aggressive looking tread pattern. I'm interested in hearing from you how noisy they are. Definately let us know how things work out for you...

Hey guys

It was late in the evening, which is part of the reason that no pics could have been taken. Just as Clint said, the offset is a little too aggressive but it wouldn't be nearly as bad if the tires were smaller. It's is not like the tires do not fit on this wheel - they do so perfectly. The issue is that the offset was a little too aggressive for this car, that's all there is too it. It does look incredibly aggressive, however... Just not what I really wanted.

Gurgen, please post some impressions on these tires when you have the chance - I just ordered a set of 255/35/19 and 285/35/19 to go with my 19x9.5/10.5 SF-winnings (best/cheapest available in those sizes) - too bad it's going to be 2+ months before I get to test them out (special order offsets on the wheels)
