19' ray wheels need 50000 mile tires plz help

i just bought a 2005 g35 coupe with 56,000 and it needs new tires but the number one concern is i need long tread wear tires. im not an aggresive driver so i dont need the best handling tire. I will be putting somewhere between 30-35 thousand highway miles a year so i really need good tires. price really dosent matter but id rather pay cheaper. thanks again Austin

I think that you will be hard pressed to find a tire that will get 50,000 miles of use. These cars are known for going through tires faster than others. I think the most i've seen someone post about is about 35k miles on OE tire sizes and OE wheels.
Make sure that your alignment is good and check the tire pressure often to lenghten the life of your tires. I would start with the alignment first before you get new tires.

Try lookin into Kumho LX platinums. These are grand touring tires and have very high tread wear rating.

has anyone tried the continental DWS? I am thinking of getting those... Any insight to if they ride well ect? Clearly they aren't gonna be the 140's that I am used to for grip, but I am tired of buying new tires all of the time.

I'd say the top two mileage rated tires in that combo would be Conti's DWS and Yoko's Envigor. Maybe a slight upper hand mileage wise to the Conti only due to it being asymmetrical allowing you to rotate it left/right.

I had heard rumors of them not riding all that well with the coupe (road noise and such)... any idea if that's the case?

^ Never heard of that, tire noise happens some tires are quieter then others. I have the DWS and they are silent.
