Good All Season Tire for G35 RWD

I've got a '03 G35 Sedan Sport RWD in Massachusetts and need a good all season tire. As you all probably know, this car is a blast to drive until the first snow falls then it turns into Santas sleigh . Bought Generals last time out and wasn't happy with snow traction. I'm looking now at the Kumho Ecsta and am curious if anyone has any experience with them. I have also heard that for snow traction the narrower the better (more weight focused on smaller surface area) so I'm curious if I should consider less than 215's (maybe 195's). Of course I know that I'll be trading off dry pavement traction but need to figure out the right tipping point for all season performance. Any feedback would be appreciated.

IMHO you need a set of dedicated snow tires on an extra set of 17" wheels. All seasons are okay if you have AWD but with a RWD and open diff, you need to go all the way.
