worn shocks?

I upgraded to 19" coupe rays (245 40 19) today on my 2004 G35 sedan 6 speed with the OEM sport suspension. After a quick joy ride on my test loop (a down hill to up hill right hander that is banked) I noticed some fender rubbing on the rear left tire. From everything this site has taught me I should be able to use this combo and not need a fender roll until the car is lowered. thoughts? thanks for your input.

what are the tire sizes on the rear? I'm running 245/40/18 and I'm scared if I d 245/45/18 I will rub cause I'm a hair in side the fender.

every car is slightly different, I personally ran that size plus 25mm spacers and it was only once I dropped on zhtechs that I had to roll my fenders. just get a knowledgeable person or shop to roll your fenders and you are peachy.
