Yes, the 25mm spacers are still for sale, but keep in mind one spacer has a cracked stud. And yes, they will fit an 18" wheel.

I would get these but I don't have time to find a new stud. I'll buy these if you get a new stud and ship it with the spacer? Is that possible?
