Kday Wheel spacer Review

I was planning on buying wheel spacers from ebay, and then kday PMed me with a link to his spacers. I was originally planning on getting 25mm front and 25mm in the rear.

After talking to kday over PMs I decided to do 25mm fronts, and 31mm rears. The price was was reasonable.

I paid Monday night, he shipped them out Tuesday, and I received them today, Thursday. They came from SoCal, and arrived here in VA.

I went to my friends shop and put my car on the lift, took my wheels off, and began. My fronts had that silly red capped thing on it, so the spacer wouldn't fit. I honestly didn't know what that thing did anyway, so we just removed it. The spacers then slid right on. We put on all 4 and then torqued down the spacers. Then we put the wheels back on.

and then....... the problems (none of which are issues with Kdays spacers)

First problem: my OEM lug nuts too short to tighten the extended threads all the way, they bottom out. You MUST buy extended lug nuts. They will NOT fit unless you decide to grind off the top of your OEM ones (why would you do that anyway....don't ask me how i know... T_T )

So then I had to call a bunch of shops to try to find some extended lug nuts... they were harder to find than i thought. I eventually found them. Back to the shop i went.

After the extended lug nuts were on, we lowered the car. and here are the results:

Front:

Rear:

Sorry, I didn't take any before pics... but we all know what our cars look like stock.
Also, these were right after we put the car back on the ground and the suspension hadn't settled.

Here's problem 2:

I NEED TO ROLL MY REAR FENDERS. I have 350z tien H springs on, and ANY slight bump in the road, or if i go around a turn, or have a dip in the road.... i scrape like ***. Seriously, it's bad. It's only until i get back to flat ground.. but i'm worried that i'm going to rip a tire or something. I think i'll be fine, but I'm still paranoid.

It's pretty nerve racking driving like this. Its hard to find someone to do it last minute, so i may be stuck for the weekend.

I'll take more pictures tomorrow when it's light out. I really like the way it makes the rear look more aggressive. I'm going to like it even more when i don't have to worry about scraping lol.

TL;DR

I really like the 25 f / 31 r combo. The 31 in the rear is great, and i'm glad i didn't go 25. It's perfect.
The build quality on Kdays spacers is top notch. I'm not worried about these failing
YOU NEED EXTENDED LUGS
YOU NEED TO ROLL YOUR FENDERS IF YOU'RE LOWERED.

Of course you will rub the rear fenders badly lol. The tire is right there under the lip!!!

I shaved my fenders cause 38mm spacers would have destroyed them!

Can you post the link to the spacers? Were the studs built in?

Got a side shot to see how the extended lug nuts look in the wheel as well?

It might be just me, but your rears look much more uncambered than mine. Could be the angle, *shrug*

Edit: Do you not rub on the front due to the lip not coming down far enough, or the tire actually tucking in a little as the lip comes down past it?

Here are some pictures for you to show the extended lugs.

I have the SPC camber kit. it helps a LOT. It was worth it.

And no, i don't rub on the front.

Outside pics coming soon. I'm rolling my fenders right now.
