Question Best aftermarket pad for positive pedal feel

Hey folks, I'm going to install some ss braided brake lines, and probably some new pads to try to improve the soft, vague, and I guess what I would call feminine pedal feel that I experience in my 04 6MT sedan. I've been doing some searching and reading, and people seem to really like the Hawk HPS and EBC Greenstuff pads. I don't care so much about dust or noise, but what I really want is a good performing pad that will have a firm positive pedal feel. ...And one that won't eat up rotors too badly. When the pads bite into the rotor, I want to feel it in the pedal. I want the braking force to respond to the amount of pressure I'm putting on the pedal--not by how far down the pedal goes. I want the pedal to engage high and firm. Tirerack.com claims the Hawks have a good pedal feel. What do you guys say???

I have had the EBC Greenstuffs since my Sedan was new. 11,000 miles later the brakes are still performing like new. Pedal feel has always been perfect. Good cold stopping also. If you have too much pedal travel you need a bleed or perhaps your master cylinder is acting up. I have a brand new set of OEM pads for sale if anyone is interested
