Could try looking into brand new Vossens like you mentioned. I'm sure you could get a set for like low 2000s. And you can find tires CHEAP as long as you look in the right places

Did I hear used real wheels? I got a set of works t1s. Silver with polish lip. 20x8.5/10 with tires. 225/30/30 front and 255/30/20 rears. 2k firm. No bends. Has about 5 k miles on them.

 

Forgot to mention tires have 8 32nd tread on all 4 corner.

I really like the Axis Rev's. They only come in 19 and can be had from b2autodesigns for 1400.

 

maybe its the no-drop 4x4 effect but i cant picture them looking good even with a decent drop..

 

I agree on not getting new pretend wheels when the real ones are about the same used. I got my Volks for 1300 with decent tires.

ive looked into the axis revs, but the more i look at them the more they dont fit my taste.
The mesh face just looks weird imo. I dont know what it is. i think it's because they're curved weird and the center of the face is fat w smaller spokes...idk just dont look right..

 

Try looking at Linea Corsa and Rota rims (wheeldude.com) as well, those might keep you closer to your <2k target with tires.

Also please don't listen to the "fake" wheel haters...there is an abnormal abundance of them here vs other forums (not quite sure why). Funny thing is a bunch of them are rolling around on $3k wheels and 700$ stance coilvoers whilst bitching and moaning about fake wheels.....priorities are all f-ed up, but i digress.
