First thoughts on the rim. Second, rubbing issues? Fitment issues?

1) Personally I really like the rims (used to have them on my sedan, same specs). They are not the lightest wheels, but I liked them on my car.
2) Yes they will fit just fine. You might even add a spacer to make them a little more flush.
