volk wheel refinishing upstate NY? anywhere?

hello, i have a set of volk gt-v wheels..black with chrome lip..anyway, there were some scratches on the lip i was sanding and i ended up sanding thru the clear and now u can clearly see the difference from clear to no clear and hazyness from sanding that i cant get to buff out so i think they need to be stripped and re-done. Anyone know of any shops around me albany, syracuse etc. or i guess anywhere i can send them out that ppl recommend...not fixing curb damage just stripping and refinishing and re clearing..

so ive called everywhere and apparently volks use an annodized clear finish on the lip? idk something like that but anyway not anyone can do it basically.i might just polish it myself around the edge of the lip and call it a day and blend it the best i can..

nobody ever has volk lips repaired? i understand they can be polished and all but i want the wheel to be cleared to hold up to elements of weather and to match the others which dont need any work

U have to do them all for them to match.. my buddy went through the same thing with his wheels.. once the anodizing is gone u will just have to polish them..

i basically found that out today about the whole anodizing thing..i thought they were polished and cleared but i guess not from what i gathered..I ended up taping off a square where my problem was, sanding down thru the clear in that spot and polishing that spot then cleared it and buffed and blended it the best i could, looks ok for now and not noticable unless ur down on it looking for it. the finish looks good and mirror like just there is a line on each side where the clear starts. i think im just gonna strip the clear on the whole lip and repolish and clear. I think it will match fine with the other wheels comparing my polished spot and seems thats really the only fix. Then down the road 1 by 1 maybe just strip polish and re-clear each wheel so they all match perfect and are all brand new.

These wheels are 2 peice right? the face should come right off to make it easy to refinish the lip? do u happen to know the torque specs on the bolts
